Chapter 4 – Town Roads

Ordinance #2024-02, Sec. 4.21 Town Road Ordinance:  Designating All-Terrain Vehicle Routes & Regulating the Operation of All-Terrain Vehicles 

  • The following roads are designated as ATV routes in the Town:
    • All TOWN roads (not county or state highways), except:
      • Greenbriar Road;
      • Pheasant Branch Road, south of Highway K;
      • High Road; 
      • Balzer Road; and,
      • dead-end streets: Foxfire Trail, Shamrock Glen Circle, Greenbriar Lane, and Wild Rose Court.
